Ok dumb question time. I bought new project, partially ***embled. I need to mount some things to a frame rail. Which way do the mounting bolts for the running boards go? Do they go in from the board side or in from the frame side? Probably doesn't matter. I would think running board side.

I tried to delete this but I couldn't see how.

the running board bolts go from the inside of the frame rail out, with the nuts and washers tightening down on the running board. The factory bolts are carriage bolts and the hex registers in the frame.
