Technical 1939 Ford Windshield Crankout Mech ????? Help ID

    I got this in a box of stuff, was told it was for a 1939 Ford
    Can anyone here confirm this ????
    I am not familiar enough with them to know....
    Any and All Help is MUCH Appreciated !!!!

    That looks about right....the knob goes on that slotted stem in the center of the dash.

  7. That's what it is. One year only part. '37-'38 regular has the shaft pointing to the rear of the vehicle, '39 shaft points up. On '37 and '38, the regulator handle is above the radio speaker grille on cars and just above the ridge of the upper dash panel on trucks. '39 regulator takes a round knob up on top of the dash.

    Yes it is Definitely a 39. PM me if you want to unload it. I need one for my 39. Mine is all stripped out.
