This 1/18th has been on my shelf for 15-years and I discovered this damage today. There are a hundred others in the man cave with no damage, what could be causing this metal virus? Zinc Pest is the name of the problem.

A bad batch of pot metal. Something was wrong with the mix of metals that day.

Make a body shop garage diorama and take it in for repairs.
