Just re-read this entire thread because I just picked up a '39 Merc four door sedan. Amazing build and the way you describe your process makes it seem easy (yeah, not so much). Thanks for sharing, it is and will be an amazing car. Keep it coming.
Just found this thread and thanks so much for all the detail! That will come in real handy when I get started on my 40! I would also like to know if there are any updates. Car was looking great!
