Hot Rods 1939 tudor sedans, rear windows????

I'm curious about what most people are doing about those pesky rear 1/4 windows on '39 & '40 Ford tudors. The regulators are a pain, to say the least. I have them blocked up stationary now. I have considered electrics but am hesitant. Any input appreciated. Thanks in advance, Rod
