1939 ZEPHYR dash , no rot just surface rust. The dash was spot drilled out and isn't hacked. The driver glove box door has a hole drilled out which is the only damage. The side waterfall panels are no heater units with factory plugs. I do NOT have a waterfall or ashtrays available.
