This is a complete rolling chassis, matching Michigan****le with bonus parts. Complete engine (stuck) radiator, front fenders, inner and outer, good firewall and cowl, the cowl vent with all linkage. Steering column with key and Deluxe steering wheel, all four 1940 Ford wheels correct 4” wide. It rolls and steers easily. The frame does have rot on both sides near the running board mounts.
