Here are several 40 DLX nose pieces. Left one is a new Drake with very slight flaw in chrome-hard to see. Next one is a Vintique-fits hood as well as Drake and orig ones. Next two are Ford. Some pitting and need rechroming. Last one I sent out they destroyed it by polishing most all ribs away on nose-no thx! Any ideas as where to go for quality work? I have called a few places but afraid they will ruin these as well--there aren't many of these out there. Thank you
What is best to use to replace the rivet for the bottom latch part? Do you use an actual rivet or a barrel screw? I have two that both need to have this done.
