Just rebushed my '40 pedals, they are blasted and in primer. As I look at them the pedal pads will not be the same height, is that normal? Nothing looks bent, maybe I'll have to adjust things when the time comes to mount them in the ch***is. Bob
From memory one of my sets of pedals that are a '40 are the same as well, i measured from the pivot point up to the center of the pad and they were different. From memory, the clutch was shorter.
Mine don't line up either, always thought they should, but can't find anything wrong with them. Just one of the great mysteries of life.
