Projects 1940 Ford Pickup Build - 74 years in the family

  1. image.jpg Here is my old '40 - sold a couple of years ago. Front stance is simple - reversed eye spring and a dropped axle.

    Light tan or very pale cream or body color with pin stripe. I had a red 40 coupe with chrome wheels and bay moons. It always looked good.

    Lookin great! but I will admit Im not too surprised,;) I would however, at least try, to disguise the top of the radiator a little in some way, but thats it. (just my .02) The red looks great too, I will be lookin forward to seeing it finished.

    I like seeing vehicles that were in the family since new or a very long time since I have two,cant wait to see it done.

    Yeah, I realize the radiator isn't for everyone, but it looks good to me, functions well, and was a lot cheaper than an original style one.
