I am offering my '40 Ford S/D which has turned into a "barn find". The picture shows it in its past glory when it was on the road. Currently it has its front clip off as I was planning on a new engine and trans for it. It is set up for a SBC and Turbo 400 but they are out and gone. Mustang II front end with rack and pinion, 9" Ford hung with Ch***is Engineering spring kit. I bought this California car 45 years ago and it is solid. I wrinkled the left rear fender one night when I spun on a wet road. That incident tore up the left rear fender I had on it and did some damage around the surrounding panels where it bolted up. I replaced that fender with another NOS one I had and I think the fact that it bolted on illustrates that I did only minor damage to the main body. I have an extra fender for every corner of the car and the rears are correct sedan delivery fenders that are unique to this body style. There is a louvered hood and a stock, non-punched one. I have one extra left and one extra right door, also. The dash gauge opening was customized to be doubled in size, but if you don’t like it, I have a stock dash included with all of the extra sheet metal. Car is on the NW side of San Antonio.
