Projects 1940 merc chop styles

    I'm just wondering if anyone on here has any pictures of a finished 40 merc coupe chop that the windshield is not raised and kept in the stock location....

    check out my car i know it a carson top but i didnt move the windshield

    Here's a couple of examples. The one up front has not had the windshield raised. The rear car has had it raised 1 5/8".

    Soft tops don't count because it's the size of the crown in the roof that creates the crown/windshield height ratio issue. And the heavier the chop the more important that ratio becomes in terms of balance and visual weight.
