Technical 1940 pontiac

    Is the 6 cylinder Pontiac the same front suspension as a 40 Chevy? thanks JIM

    Probably not, unless you have a Canadian Pontiac. Pontiac, Olds and Buick front suspensions from 1937 through the mid '50s were much the same. Some parts differed, but they have more in common than not.
