I took some pics of my T today for insurance and I thought I'd share. I'm not the best photographer but these are OK. Hoping to get the gas tank, tail light bezels, and the rest of the cowl band back from my polisher guy today and then I should be ready to fire it up. It's been sitting almost-finished for like 3 years and now I'm trying to make it to a show this weekend. I have some good speed parts for it and other stuff to do but that can come later, it's been collecting dust too long.

A few of photos of my current two. Both heavily hopped up. First one: 304ci flatty, .395” lift cam and twin big 97’s. Second up is newly acquired.T on an A chassis. Full pressure 4 banger with over head inlet head and supercharger.
This is an awesome thread that somehow I’ve overlooked until today. I’ve got a good start to a pre war roadster and looking at some of these it makes me really want to get busy putting mine together. I’ve got the car, a 2 owner late 31 Roadster, a matching 39 Flathead, transmission, and rear end. Now I just have to find out how to put the running gear in the A chassis so any help there would be appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Get yourself a copy of Vern Tardel's "Hot Rod Your Model A", it'll answer all of your questions. www.verntardel.com
Here's a few of my work in progress late 30's/early 40's build. Other than a couple of items, steering box & distributor, I have kept it true to the period. Still have lot's to do...
Nutrocker, I think we all need to know more about the early T with OHV 4 & chain driven supercharger. (not that the A isn't very nice as well, but that early T is everything that a T-bucket is not, and I mean that in the best way).
Sorry for the late reply, I’ve been away at GOW! this weekend. I’ve only just acquired the car so still learning, but it’s an A block with B bell housing, Clings adapator and V8 3 speed. Torque tube with as yet unknown banjo. The rear is fitted with B brakes and a Kiwi quick change centre. The motor has a Scat crank and rods with forged pistons. Stock bore and stroke. Believed to be a Winfield cam. Full oil pressure. The head is a UK based Belcher Engineering F head. I’m still learning about the head. The blower is a UK made Wade RO34 from an old Commer truck. So far I’ve rebuilt the blower and modified it to take modern lip seals. Spent some time making a better job of the blower drive setup, it was a bit agricultural. Still a long way to go to get it running the way I like it but I’ll get there.
Hello. Is that Belcher engineering head a new manufacture or is it on old item? Sure like that Wade RO 34. Spent some time in New Zealand and had a Commer van camper but no blower. Was it for a gas engine or a diesel? Nice looking project!
The head was build a few years back, but not vintage. This thread will explain a bit more about the blower https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/wade-superchargers.973299/page-2#post-12661838
