Technical 1941 Ford Coupe 12 volt wiper conversion problems anybody have pics of theirs

Like the ***le says I'm fitting a new Bob Drake 41 Ford electric wiper motor to my car. I purchased all the linkage and Hardware from another Hamber that's New Old Stock 41 parts. On the New Old Stock wiper Transmissions they are stamped left and right , the left goes on the driver side and right goes on the p***enger side correct? The problem is the instructions are kind of vague and the only way I can get it to fit the stock bracket nothing lines up. I know that the mount part is adjustable but still won't help. Anybody have any pictures of there set up?

 

Well this set up seems pretty ****py. The actual piece that is welded to the shaft is bending and the pivots keep moving. Everywhere I read says to get a Newport engineering wiper setup. If I look at the two differences the Newport one looks we better constructed and the arms look like they're further towards the motor which will make them clear.

 

Did you ever resolve this issue ? I'm having the same issue with the same kit.

 

I ended up getting the Newport kit.solved all of the problems. Sent the other one back
