FOR SALE: 1941 Ford Deluxe Sedan mild custom done in the tail dragger style that was popular 1948-'52. The car was a Montana barn find and was a super solid start that needed some loving. Completed 4 years ago and used for local cruise nights, the car has less than 5000 miles on a total re-build and always gets lots of positive feedback wherever it is parked. The body is mostly stock, nosed, decked, shortened hood stainless, removed door locks and parking lights, rounded trunk corners. The front directionals were replaced with custom units under the bumper, '49 Lincoln tail lights grace the rear. Unity spots and a '46 modified gravel pan at the rear. Paint is Glasurit bc/cc and the color is 1940 Mandarin Maroon. Front and rear bumpers are Super Deluxe with 1940 bumper guards and chrome front irons. Engine is a 276" 8BA flathead with early Canadian heads, Edelbrock slingshot, Isky re-grind 1007b cam, headers and PowerGen alternator. Transmission is a T5 from an S10 and the rear is an 8" with 3.50 gears. Rear brakes are stock and fronts are 1950 F1 drums. WW bias plies all around on 16" rims with sombrero wheel covers with Cadillac medallions. Front and rear sway bars and Super Slide lowering springs at both ends with blocks at the rear for a slight drop. Interior is all re-done but mostly stock. A beautiful '46 Lincoln wheel sits on top of a chrome column, the dash has a chrome insert. A chrome swan shifter, chrome windshield surround, '50 Ford window cranks and an Eelco gauge cluster filled with SW Wings gauges add to the bling.
