I'm throwing this out here to get some idea of what a 41 ford pickup would be selling for now a days. I know it could be across the board but hopefully I can get some opinions and come up with a answer for my question. I have not gone and looked at this truck so its based on what I have been told and photos. The 41 is suppose to be rust free with minor dents and a replacement flathead, 49-53. From the photos it looks all original, interior and exterior. My plan is to make a 50's hotrod, lowered with the flathead. A/c would be a plus if I could hide it as much as possible. Compressor at the bottom and hide the lines. Thanks ahead for the info!

For a sweet, finished, Hemi, hotrodded, gloss black truck with custom interior? $100,000 and up is what I hear.

do a thorough inspection and a good test drive before even mentioning a price - if seller gives you a price at least have something to work with - before going price complete dropped axle with brakes, etc - also, see what is available as far as a A/C system - not likely to hide it - but, that will involve upgraded wiring , radiator, etc - you might find one with the upgrades that you want to do already done on another truck - that way you can hit the road a lot sooner - Summer cruising just around the corner

...Post up these photos. Otherwise, we are just throwing darts. Know that these are very popular trucks both hot-rodded as well as all original so don't anticipate getting it cheap. Good luck.

  6. Air with a flathead should put your useable hp right around a Predator 212. Consider making an appointment if you're going to enter a freeway on ramp.

'41 has a specific one year only hood waterfall and lever, grilles are now hard to come by, and a bit spendy.
The frame, if it has any rust issues, should be visible looking under it at the rear, in the "kick up" area.
Price of course will vary..my opinion, a complete original 6 volt, old gl***, old wiring, old rubber, old brakes, but rust free, with a good running Flathead should start around $15K.
If you buy it, be sure and post up pics.
    Good Luck

@PONTNAK123 Sure looked better without the flames. Nice sale, too cheap though IMO.

When you say its mostly original with a few dents, I'm ***uming no fancy interior, mostly original type of drivetrain, and no fancy paint. If its reasonably stock with a good body, my range would say probably be $15/$25K depending on how nice..........or not nice it is.
