IMG_6496.jpeg IMG_6497.jpeg IMG_6498.jpeg IMG_6499.jpeg IMG_6500.jpeg IMG_6505.jpeg I am headed up to Nebraska next week to visit family and I may pull this ‘41 Ford out of the pasture and bring it home. I want to confirm that it should have a 5x5.5” wheel bolt pattern? All I need to drag it out is a set of wheels with tires that hold air, and I plan to find those up there. This has been sitting since 1962 as far as anyone can remember, the Model T is cool too.

Ford used the 5.5 bolt pattern from 1928 to I think 1984. Take some inflated wheel with you and it will be easier to get on the trailer. If the wheels wont turn pour some motor oil in front of the tires and slide it onto the trailer. The 41 looks pretty good

Right on, should be an easy find, I’m hopeful we can being it home.

  6. If the wheels won't rotate, you can also "lube" up the trailer with liquid dish soap to help the tires slide. The advantage over oil is that your trailer self cleans during the next rainfall. ;)

The big question is how could you leave that T truck behind? Even the doors are there in the bed.
