I am working on a 1941 ford 4 dr sedan. I think that a wood board goes on top of the frame on both sides the car. The sheetmetal floor goes on top of the boards and the front seat bolts go through the floor pan, through the wood boards and through the frame. Anyone know if this is correct? thank you

yes, there is a thin piece of wood that screws to the floor pan that the seat bolts go through and through the frame.
