1941 Mercury Convertible. This is not a complete car, but a very good project with a lot of spare parts. I purchased this Mercury while I was going to college in Utah, around 1983. It was missing the engine and transmission and had severe damage to the left front corner. Over the years, I have located quite a few of the missing or damaged parts, plus some addition items, like the floor pan from a 1941 Mercury Club Coupe, another ch***is, a second firewall, and most of the trim for the windshield, and body trim. The running boards and '41 Mercury rear fenders are missing. I do have a pair of used '46 to '48 rear fenders. My intention was to build a sectioned '41 Mercury Convertible Custom, but too many projects are keeping me from working on this rare automobile.
