1945 short bed ford pickup

Hi Guys
Have just picked up a 1945 short bed ford ( jail bar grill ) to ship home to England and have never owned a truck of this year do they use the same frame as 1948 to 1953 because when looking for aftermarket brake pedal ,servo ,master cylinder can not find any company selling them .

'42-'47 frame is the same and '48-'52 is the same.

 

So who sells after market parts for a 42 / 47 ?
