Mine has the MII front end and the S10 rear. I have been thinking about getting an S10 frame and starting over to get an engineered suspension. Just thinking though! Can't leave anything alone very long.

Ok so now with the current info I have on MII vs s10 I am fully confused on what direction to go. My friends frame with the camaro clip is sounding good right about now. Problem one is the front clip is so wide wheel options and ride height is limited. The options for what direction to go is not limited by cost there is a avenue for every dollar range out there. In reality I plan to let my wife and daughter drive this truck if they so desire so it needs to be safe and reliable. Believe me i have delt with some really nice custom work but the ride was white knuckle all the way. Wow am I now perplexed!!!

Might consider measuring the track of the stock truck, and if you dont have one, I do, so I can get that for ya. Then having that info, you can look for the correct clip to graft onto the s10,, You might try the 2nd gen camaro clips, astro van clips...
Let me know if you need the stock track measurements, or you can go to

mr63 I am curious about the 1/2 ton 40 ford. I know of one sitting all original on a sign company lot. What kind of pricing have you seen for these? All metal is there in decent shape.
