I recently picked up a 1946 dodge pickup and have put my scratch build on hold to build this. My question is the truck is rough but 100% original- can the rear end and driveshaft tube handle a respectable 400 ft tq? I build and drive my cars at drag strips fairly often(when time from wife and kid permitts) and would like to know if I need to rethink drivetrain. Thanks for the help,

    Josh

The rear might but the shaft won't . Best up grade both.
