Technical 1946 Ford Super Deluxe Lowering Issue

Im unclear as to what's going on! Is the bend in the axle causing the interference with the crossmember?

Interference issues aside, continuing to run with a bent axle may or may not be a problem.

Caution. Front cross member replacement is a MAJOR job . Please go slow .
I use 75 series tires on the rear . It’ll give you the rake , maybe , definitely alot easier and cheaper .
