1947? Dodge 1.5 ton rolling frame / trans (twin stick)

Parts frame. Twin stick transmission. Tires are decent and hold air with one exception. Heavy duty 2 speed rear end. Was told it was a 1947 frame. Has 20" tires / rims. I know the transmissions work, I drove it like this before I pulled the engine out. Rear end seems to shift between high and low. Engine is NOT included, but if you want some boat anchors I could throw in 2 flat sixxes that are utterly seized and mostly disassembled.
