I have my door gaps at the cowl and quarter panel damn good for late 40’s quality and my body lines match really well. When I shut the door, the male wedge hits the female on the top side and pushes the rear of the door downward. The female wedge is riveted so it will not adjust. The male on the door has screws but there is no adjustment. Any suggestions to fix this would be appreciated.

They do adjust it’s just not obvious. I spent several years and several broken drivers glass panes before I lossened the screws on the door jamb and found that there is in fact some adjustment.

it’s been about five years since I’ve messsed with it so I can’t say the adjustment is in the direction you want it to be for sure. If it’s not I think my next step would be to slot the holes in the proper direction.

    good luck!
