I got a 47 ford two door sedan, I am going with the dropped crossmember and axle gig. Now for the rear, what the cheep, or easy, or only way to do it. I got a nova rear, and a 55 chev rear, I was told granada was too narrow.? And I used to have a issue of rodders digest where they chopped the top leaving the backwindow and trunk area all one piece, and slid it forward and down, losing the pan below the trunk, basicaly the trunk bottom sat where the pan used to be, shotened up the last few inches of fenders. Good way bad way. I looked on the internet, and dont come up with much. How about a good looking carson topped ride. I remember a merc sedan on here that was just freekin right. Thanks..........

that sounds like the rear "missinglink" has.. and it works perfect..

as for your chop idea.. thats exactly what I would do.. cut the roof free along the drip rail slide the roof forward with the trunk lid intact.. shorten rear of car as necessary..

Are you talking about Brewser's, IT was one of the best for sure.
