Hello, I,m looking for info on where the location of the front straight axle on a 1947 dodge pickup and he hub to hub measurement. I bought a truck without a front axle and I want to install a ifs suspension but need the exact measurements. I was hoping to locate someone with a 47 dodge pickup hat still has the original axle installed. thanks I'm also a new member..
I had a 46 Dodge that I put a Fatmans IFS in and they needed the measurement off the frame not the axle. Try giving them a call they may be able to get you going in the right direction.
