Hi all. I am looking for a FACTORY AM RADIO for a 1948-50 Ford pickup. I was told that a 1951-52 Ford pickup radio is the same. However, the 1951-52 Ford pickup radio dash hole is not the same shape as the 1948-50 Ford pickup radio dash hole. In my opnion, I think the 2 radios WILL NOT INTERCHANGE. But I have been told I am wrong. So what exactly does a 1948-50 Ford factory radio look like? And is there a seperate face plate you install, once the radio is installed in the dash? Or does the radio dial just stick out from the dash itself? I would appreciate it if anybody has any photos of a 1948 Ford pickup, with the FACTORY RADIO, installed and photos of the FACTORY RADIO, itself. Also if there is a seperate face plate, a photo of that, by itself, and installed on the radio as well. I hope somebody can help me. Thank you for any help. Dan.
