Technical 1948 Fleetmaster Fender Question

Quick question for the group,

Does the 4 door and 2 door fleetmaster share the same front and rear fenders?

41-48 all the same rear fenders

 

If you want to get creative and stuff in bigger rear tires the same year Oldsmobile rear fenders are around 2" wider and have the same fit to the body. Only rub is that the fuel filler door is on the wrong side (chevy only has a hole on the right while the olds has a nice door on the left).
