I am working on rebuilding the front suspension on my Mercury. The A-arm or control arm dust boots I received in the Kanter rebuild kit are crap and they split pretty easily and are now useless. I found these dust boots/seals on Jamco's website, but because of the work involved in removing and replacing these seals, I would like to get some feedback and experiences from anyone who has looked for these components.
In all honesty, I wish I would have kept the original dust boots, they were still in better shape than the brand new useless boots I currently have. Below are the dust boots or SEALs as they are described by Jamco. Hoping someone can say if they are thick and worth buying, or where to go for quality parts. Thanks
