As the subject says, I need to pull the rear seat. Rather than try to muscle it out, can anyone give me advice on how it comes out. Thanks in advance.
As I recall, sit down on the front edge of the seat, or even "bounce" slightly and then with your legs and knees, push the seat back. Do this on each side, as there is one "hook" on each side. Once out, the back should have 2 flat screw bolts at the bottom. Undo those and lift it up and out. Bob
I don't know about your Chevy, but on my '50 Dodge, you pulled the front of the bottom cushion up and it popped out. The base was spot welded to the floor. The back had fasteners accessible from the trunk... Don't know if this will help or not.
