1949 Lincoln Cosmo

Just surfed in today looking for information on gas tank venting. Found a sweet photo pulling a brake line pipe threw the floor for venting gas fumes. I am curious where the pipe was routed from there? Short and sweet idea. Mine was to route a pipe over threw the left rear wheel well. Still stumped on how to end the installation and keep it a safe and clean line installation.
