History 1949 mystery Caddy sedanette

Anyone know anything about this old school mild custom for sale in NJ?
4x2's.
Dual exhaust.
Beehive.
Louvered hood.

It has the 2 bolt 1949 heads on it, but they flow the worst. The exhaust ports are small.
I wonder if it has a cam or some head work done?
Is that too much carburation for a 331?
Kinda kool kaddy.
