Customs 1949 or 1950 Merc in the Bay Area?

Merry Christmas HAMB posse! Anyone know who's cool chopped black 49 or 50 merc has been cruising around Burlingame and San Mateo in the Bay Area this month? Saw it when I was driving mine today and want to introduce myself, as there aren't many of us chopped Merc's cruising around up here. Happy holidays to all, Nick
