    thanks man!! on the headlights i only came out as far as the merc ring maybe 2" max & set the light buckets back about 1/4" when i reversed em to the back side of the fender. i got lots of pics of the whole process in my pics

    50, you have mad skills man, wish you were closer, would luv to get my eyes on your rear bag/suspension set up. Thx for the info on the photo album, I did not even know you could have one in your profile.

    the rear bag setup is super simple just over the axle with a lader bar setup.. no room for a 4 link the floor is too low under the back seat

    bad pic but heres the back top of the cover comes off to get to the bags

    i set it up for a 26" tall tire so i didnt need to notch it.. ANY bigger youd have to put a small c-notch like 1 1/2" or 2"

    Just curious, but what advantages did you perceive by keeping and modifying the original rear axle, as opposed to using a later unit?

    Not really anything new, maybe a little lower and I ended the side trim on the back door by getting two more front trim spears and swapping them side to side and flipping them over. Started unveiling a lot of bad old body work this weekend also:(

    $$$$$$$$$ haha I'm a broke ass... eventualy I wanna change the axle and frnt clip to somethin newer.. cause my brakes suck on this thing & parts for em are expensive...

    eci, inc they make a spindle conversion im running it on my 51. its nice kit. go to the long beach swap meet theres a guy there builds 9" rearends drums to drum custom length for about 900 bucks

    Here's my 1952 Cranbrook. Just finished the Carson Top. Glass is going in Sun. Also finishing installing 1964 T-Bird interior. Post mor pics when that's all in.

    A friend of mine bought this car a few years ago. I hauled it down to Killeen Tx for him. The hood ornament was missing though........

  30. Unbelievable!! you are the Plymouth god. I'll bet the cash will be gone long before the memories. Sorry about that statement. We all have to move on to new projects sometime. You should be very proud of what you did..................Jim
