It's time to let someone else play with my toys, this one in particular is sitting all alone in the garage and I don't have the time to give her. It's not perfect, but it's not that far off. I'm realistic about what this car is and what it isn't and I'm offering it for a fair price considering. I don't want to waste anyone's time so I'll say it here at the top. I don't want to trade. I only want cash or Paypal. I will help get it loaded and am ok with a shipping company if you've paid in full, but I can not deliver unless you are within 20 miles of me and we can work around the kids school schedule. It was a California built, California driven car until moving to AZ. Since I've owned it, it doesn't even get driven on humid days... there is very little rust on this car, almost all is superficial and mainly cosmetic. It was fully torn down and restored in the late 90's, the interior still looks great. The paint was resprayed from blue to maroon, they did an ok job for a Maaco special. The pictures do***enting the restoration show the chrome removed, so I guess they did the high end Maaco job. It still rocks an 8ba/3speed that purrs. Love that flathead rumble. It's rocking dual exhaust with some huge old gl***packs. I have no idea what brand they are, but they growl when you accelerate. I had it rewired to 12v using a modern fusebox and alternator, there is zero crusty wiring in this car. I cleaned up the engine bay and routed the hoses/wiring, it's not spotless but why should it be? I have a new desert radiator that lets me drive it here, in the AZ summer. I overheat before this thing does and it's still the 8ba. I had the gearbox rebuilt with new gears, new master cylinder, and was finally about to put in the drop springs/air ***ist shocks (for the driveway)... but I'll hold off in case you don't want it lowered. I was about to get new tires as well, but I'll hold for the same reason... you may not want wide whites. I have some spare parts that I'll include. I have the window felt kit, new drivers side gl*** (cracked when shipping to me), and I have a Fenton 2x2 intake w/carbs and Fenton finned Aluminum heads w/gaskets that I am willing to make a deal on. If you help clean out my 1car garage by buying the car, we can almost certainly make a deal on the intake/heads. I'll facetime or skype with you if you want a walkthrough. I will show you every problem area on the car and you can always have a local person or mechanic stop by to look it over. I'm motivated to sell but not desperate, I'll always consider reasonable offers but if you want to play games the price will go up until you stop calling back!!
