I have a chance to buy the inner splash panels for the front fenders of a 1951 Chevy Deluxe 4 door car and was wondering if these will fit my 1950 Sedan Delivery. They look close, but I wanted an expert opinion. I don't know where to look for this part interchangeability. I sure hope someone knows this answer.

well, that would depend on your definition of inner splash panels. not all front sheet metal parts interchange from 50 to 51

When I was just a young fella and lived in a rural area, I had the misfortune to hit a cow with my '51 Chevy Bel Air. Pretty hard on the front clip. A buddy had a '50 sedan parts car and I got the whole clip from that and bolted it onto my '51. Everything fit just perfect as a complete unit. Just the wrong color.

My point is, I would grab those inner fenders while you can, especially if they are inexpensive. The probability is, I believe, that if there are any differences, they will be very minor and easily dealt with.
