Projects 1950 Dodge Coronet Build

    Its been a few years since I have posted on here. There was a year or so when the car was untouched and any extra money went to the kids activities. Over the last 6 months I have committed a lot of time and hard earned doe to the cause. The 1950 Coronet now has a running SBC and full 12 volt wiring. The dash has been customized to fit the racing them I'm going for on this build. A 1950's Nascar with a few new touches is what I'm hoping to achieve. Here's a few pic to show some of the work done. There's a big local car show in Langley BC every year. I am hoping to try to at least have it there this year even though its not complete yet. At this point with the September show coming fast I cant see it making a appearance. Finger crossed! 016.JPG 002.JPG

  4. My parents had an identical car when I was in jr. high. I never could get the hang of that fluid drive thing.

    In the 50's they ran stock dash and instruments except for a tach.......
