  7. Wow! If that car is half as solid as it looks you got yerself a good 'un. Can't believe you didn't take the "qualifiers" tho'! :D

What plans do you have for her?

so we backed her in flintstone style (minus the holes in the floor since shes solid as a rock) and i went to town cleaning the 30 + years of droppings and nets and junk.

As far as plans go: chop (done) and I want to suicide the rear doors. She's gettin a bag treatment. Laying her down to the rockers! Shave her handles. Only chrome will be the grille, bumpers, headlight trim and beltline. Eventually the rear will be smooth and gonna lay some 91(?) caddy tails. No, not the pointy ones! ;) wanting to get some skirts too. Anything else Im forgetting?

section?:) i did mine 4 inches and 3.5 inch chop. Also you could do a piece windshield also. find a 50 olds...ps...I also like that you are keeping it 4 doors. If mine was a 4 door I would have left it that way. In my opinion they look just as good that way.

I love the four doors myself. Not too many done so that's a plus. And on top of that makes it look longer, sleeker too. How hard was the section to pull off? Hell, since shes chopped 6 I'd have to section 1.5 inches to get her as low as yours. :) I like 1 piece windshields but love the splits.

Well the section is in progress. I have it all cut and layed down. Now just gotta do a ****load of welding but I am so glad I did it. It really balances out the chop and it's nice and sleek. And also now with the section and chop I did it doesn't leave a ton of head room. I'm only 5'9" so that will help but I'm going to have to take a good deal out of the bottom of the seat to be able to have enough head room:) So I guess depending how big of guy you are might keep you from wanting to section it. 6 inches is a healthy chop already. But you are definitely right. It's going to be a kick*** 4 door! Check out my profile page to see my threads and pics if you want.

Well I'm 5'8" so I'm not too far off from u! Haha I actually put seats in from a 98 Nissan. Buddy was throwing em out as I was lookingto get some so he gave em to me. The rear seats fit like a glove! The shape of the hump is dead on too. Scary perfect! :)
