1950 Fleetline chev parts interchange?

Just looked at a 1950 fleetline that has a good basic body, but the doors and front fenders are beat-up. These are getting hard to find. I think the front fenders or entire front of say 1950 to 1952 should interchange. Will the doors from a coupe/2 door sedan fit the fleetline? Thanks for the help.

 

I don't think so, I know that the inside window garnish moldings and the window glass are not interchangeable. I think that the doors are different because of the shape of the roof line

 

Different part number listed for each model, coupe, 2 door and 2 door fleetline. Same number for each from 49-52 though.
