Long time no post . I have a 1950 ford which I have installed a 302 and c4 soon to be 9 inch rear. I'm starting the little things like the acelerator since the stock lonkage is on passenger side and 4 barrel holley has linkage on drivers side can anyone tell me how they have hooked up their carb on this car.
If the carb isn't a spread bore you can turn it around backward ( like a Ford Thunderbolt) or you can use a cable, or you can move or modify your original linkage. Not likely that you will find one but I have an old second brake peddle (circa 1954) from a driver's ed car. It is cable and the cable is stiff enough that you can push or pull with it.
