1950 Ford paint code

Im restoring a 1950 2 dr sedan. Problem is, the car is dissasembled when i got it. No visible color, all blasted away. So my question is, can anyone get a color cofe from the numbers stamped in the cowl? My numbers are RH D70 8 43 23L2146 any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

A possibility may be an established local auto paint supplier.

RH - Richmond, California ***embly plant
D70 - DeLuxe Tudor model
8 - if a true "8", Palisade Green paint; if a true "B", Black paint
43 - DeLuxe Mohair interior
23 - Wednesday, November 23, 1949 ***embly date
L - November
2146 - Possibly a code indicating this car was made to a particular dealer's order
