I installed a 302 and c4 into my 1950 ford tudor. For now I'm going to keep stock rear and weld spider gears. My question is what drive shaft and and universals . I'm hoping to get maybe a junk yard mustang or pick up drive shaft. C4 is 28 spline yoke and looks like 60 inch length shift any help would be great I'm sure someone has done this before.

I guess the first question I would ask is, what direction are you going with this? 302/C4 is a decent power supply, but I don't understand why you want a Lincoln locker unless you are only driving in the snow or planning on making a drift car or something out of it. Also, I'm not too sure that rear can take the power a built 302 can put out but you didn't specify.

To answer your question... a straight? driveshaft and new? universals?

Why would you weld the spiders?
If you plan on driving on the street, a full locked rear is asking for trouble.
