1950 Merc dash face removal

1950 Merc - need to remove dash face piece - not entire panel - the shiny part only - re-wiring the dash (and rest of the car) Any tricks to removal? All visible screws and knobs are out....any hidden stuff???

 

I removed the entire dash first. You need to remove the guage panel as there are a some screws behind it.

 

You have to lean the top toward you and then lift it out of the dash. There is a tab on the bottom. Plus, of coarse make sure all of the screws are out.
