That thing looks ****ED UP!!!!! Hope you can save it. I agree,you might look into another frame. Preferably a stock Merc frame. That way you can bolt it right in,instead of having to make mounts and cutting the floor all up. The Buick and Olds frames are a good choice,but there's LOTS of fab work to make them fit. You obviously have a eye for a bargain with potential, and are going about fixing the PO stuff ups. Its amazing what people can do with a beer in one hand and a bubblegum welder in the other.
