Customs 1950 stock 50 merc o/s mirrors

I need A picture or two of the stock o/s rear view mirrors .oth sides/ before i back over my dog/or hit my other street rods. backing out. thanks for any time spent on this for me bob s

 

It will be tough to find a pic of a 'stock' mirror because the factories didn't always offer outside mirrors in those days; they weren't required as safety items until the late fifties/early sixties. Outside mirrors were dealer-installed back then in any case, with most dealers using aftermarket units.

You can go on C&G ford parts and look them up, not cheap and I think they are N/A but you can see what they look like

 

Probably not too helpful, but here is what I thought was a stock mirror on my old '51
