SOLD. Up for grabs is our nice, clean 1950 Champion Regal Deluxe two-door sedan. Originally Midnight Blue, now Comanche Red. Basically a stocker but with incorrect cloth on the seats and the Autozone mirrors. Comes with full wheel covers, immaculate stainless gravel guards, and chrome headlight bezels in need of a replate. Flathead six, three-speed. Ran and drove great up until last Thanksgiving, haven't pulled it apart to figure out what went wrong. $9000 obo; also open to trades for a Falcon / Chevy II / Valiant wagon or a mid-1950s four-door sedan in similar condition.
This would make a neat tail-dragger for somebody, or throw a Mustang II under the front, an S10 axle out back, and build an inexpensive V8-powered cruiser.
You could also throw multiple carbs and a Lark head (higher compression) at the stock engine, back it up with a T5, and have a fun, low-budget cruiser.
Open to trades for a Falcon / Chevy II / Valiant wagon or a mid-1950s four-door sedan in similar condition.
Images from the previous owner. I have since sent these wheelcovers to the dump and replaced them with Mr. Gasket Baby Moons as shown in the first post.
C'mon, fellas, surely somebody wants to put this South Bend Belle in his garage? Perfect home for that 331 Caddy / LaSalle 3-speed combo you've been hording...
