1950s 1960s Hot Rod Movie Stills & posters

I used to collect hot rod movies, posters, and movie stills...I will post more images if there is interest. Since the first post there has been some interest and the thread has wandered off topic to related movies prior to and after the 50s & 60s but that is OK with me as side roads often give you a chance to see something different or unexpected. The core theme always seems to find its way back to the main road and keeps on rolling . Also have posted some movie stars in old cars.

I also collect early hot rod movie posters, lobby cards, scene stills etc. I would be very interested in seeing some of yor collection.

thanks for the interest Mick .. here is another b&w + a color off ebay.Early Burn'em Up O'Connor , Bowery Boys Jalopy, The Geen Helmet, Ricky Nelsen TV , The Daredevil , The Checkered Flag , Delinquent Daughters, & later American Grafitti, Beach Party & Burnout.

From your post it says you "used to collect". Are you not into it anymore ?

 

Here's a few I have, a lobby card and ad mat from "Devil on Wheels" (1947) and some of the posters on the wall in my hot rod room.

Not a collector anymore but i WAS bigtime in the 80s. also had a couple on hundred movies back then. Nice poster collection !

Your posters look cool, they add a great Hot Rod "ambiance" to the room.

That was some really kool stuff ! I have seen many of the movies but don't have anything likee you have . Very nice collection . Would love to see it some day !
