Wow, some truly amazing artwork on these pages... It certainly "illustrates" (pun intended) the way hot rodding was much more a part of mainstream youth culture in the past... I guess a majority of it comes from an era that is long gone-- It's "history" as they say... I'm somewhat familiar with the "CARtoons" of the 1970's-- there's some real gems in the pages of those publications... Thanks to everyone who is sharing this stuff with us on the HAMB... A lot of it is genuinely priceless and makes for incredibly enjoyable viewing... I guess it's also relatively safe to ***ume that much of this stuff possesses a substantial value at swap meets and comic conventions... Thanks again to all who've posted these treasures here...
